La Tuilerie de Chazelle, Burgundy - Gîtes & Camping à la Ferme Campsite

The “camping à la ferme” at La Tuilerie offers a generous amount of space for only 6 tents – no caravans or campervans. The campsite is situated in a field that has a forest on one side and is bordered by fields on the other sides. The campsite is open from the middle of May until the end of September, depending on the weather.

Whilst there is no electricity on the site itself, in the toilet block (which used to be the old drying sheds for the tile factory) there are a fridge and a freezer for general use. There are also sockets to enable you to load up your mobile phone, camera etc. These sockets are not to be used for plugging in electric cooking plates or for running private fridges though!

All our guests come for the peace and quiet we offer here, so to preserve this, we have strict rules about noise at night and radios and TVs are not allowed at any time on the campsite and dogs are also not allowed.

Tariffs (2012) include tourist tax (taxe de séjour).
7.00 euros per night per person irrespective of age, with a minimum charge of 10 Euros per night.
This is the only charge and will not vary according to the number and/or size of tent(s).

It is possible to make a reservation and in the high season this is recommended to avoid disappointment. For a stay of one or two nights full payment is required in advance and for a stay of 3 nights or longer 50% of the full price is required for a confirmed booking. If you would like to make a reservation please contact us. If you are travelling early or late in the season, we recommend that you contact us beforehand to make sure the campsite is open as heavy rain in these periods can cause us to shut for a few days.

Please note that we do not allow heavy vehicles on the campsite, for example 4x4s, SUVs and vans.
